What do we eat around here?

Although there is an abundance of yummy, cheap food here in DF, we try to eat most meals at home, mostly to try to be a little bit more healthy. We have been enjoying eating lots of "grigo-fied" Mexican dishes including tostadas, chilaquiles and tacos...(vehicles for our favorite ingredients - refried beans, avocados, cheese, and sour cream). Here's what we had on the menu this week.

Monday: Tostadas with refried beans and chicken. Sorry the pictures aren't great, but these are delish!

Tuesday: Beef tacos

Wednesday: Chicken burgers

Thursday: Chorizo and egg tacos

Friday: Dinner at Gaby's - we'll bringing wine from our new favorite wine shop
