Better than hummus

Roasted red pepper dip! Easy and delicious. Perfect for a light summer dinner when its too hot to cook.

In a blender puree one cup cooked red lentils, 1 cup roasted red peppers (out of a jar is good), 2 Tablespoons olive oil, garlic and salt to taste (I used 3 cloves and 1/3 t). Next time I'd use slightly less garlic, but this stuff is good! A half cup of feta would be excellent as well.

Now I just need some proper pita bread instead of these whole wheat tortillas (which you may have noticed also substitute for naan...).
